Our community has grown to 60K+ service shops 100+ shop management system partners. Together, we create a powerful network built on the data that enables products and services to drive real value for shops, partners, and consumers.
Earlier this year we rebranded our consumer and service shop programs to CARFAX Car Care (formerly myCARFAX). The new name more appropriately reflects our mission and brand as we focus on driving consumer and shop connections while empowering consumer confidence of their vehicle ownership.
Recently, we announced a new award for CARFAX Car Care Top-Rated Service Shops. The award is an endorsement by CARFAX consumers based on verified highly-rated customer reviews. Something we will look forward to announcing every year.
The Car Care consumer application is now used by more than 12 million consumers to help maintain over 17 million vehicles. Together, we help these consumers and many others take better care of their vehicles.
